Q: How can I book a ticket online?
A: You can book a ticket to any tour departing from Glasgow HERE and you can book any tour departing from Edinburgh HERE. 

Q: Can non-students join?
A: Yes, everyone is welcome! Our tours are open to students and non-students alike, including visitors, professionals, friends and family members.
 

Q: Can I bring friends or family members who are not students?
A: Absolutely. Friends and family are welcome to join our tours.
 

Q: Where is the meeting/departure point?
A: Our Pick Up Points from Glasgow are  from University of Glasgow and University of Strathclyde. Our Pick Up Point from Edinburgh is from University of Edinburgh. 
 

Q: Are tickets refundable?
A: Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may resell your ticket to someone else if you can't attend a tour for any reason. If you do so, please make sure you will notify us by email and provide the new participant's full name and contact details for check-in purposes. We reserve the right to refuse to check in anyone whose name is not registered on our guest list. 
 

Q: Can I get a refund if I miss the pick-up point or arrive late?
A: No, refunds are not available if you miss the departure due to lateness. Please check your pick-up location in advance and arrive 5–10 minutes early, as we must depart on time.
 

Q: What should I do if I arrive late at the pick-up point?
A: Coaches will not wait for late arrivals. You are responsible for arriving on time, and there will be no refunds for late arrivals.
 

Q: What is included in my ticket?
A: Your ticket includes:

• Return transport by luxury coach

• A professional driver and tour guide

• Free time for sightseeing, walking, hiking, shopping, and exploring attractions
   

Q: Are food and attraction entry fees included?
A: No. Your ticket covers transport and the guided tour only. Meals, drinks, souvenirs, and entry fees to attractions are not included.
 

Q: What language are the tours conducted in?
A: All tours are conducted in English.
 

Q: Will we have enough time to explore the places we visit?
A: Yes, you'll have sufficient time for lunch and to explore each location.
 

Q: What should I bring with me?
A: Please bring:

• Valid ID

• Warm clothes and appropriate walking/hiking shoes

• Camera

• Water and snacks

• Cash or card for meals, drinks, and souvenirs
   

Q: Is there an age limit for your tours?
A: Tours are designed for adults (18+). Children may be allowed on certain tours if accompanied by a legal adult. If you plan to bring children, you must inform us in advance before booking. We reserve the right to refuse check-in for minors if not notified beforehand.
